Philadelphia’s Fall Festival of Rowing On Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29, family, friends and park-goers can enjoy exceptional rowing competition in Philadelphia’s final regatta of the 2017 season. This year, Philadelphia’s largest regatta welcomes the U.S. Lotman Challenge .  On Saturday, at 1:00PM, the feature the Mens and Women Championship 1x event will feature the top U.S. scullers vying for the first Triple Crown of Rowing.

Kelly Drive will be closed during the Regatta. Off site parking is available for $15 (cash only) fee. Free continuous shuttle buses will take spectators to sites along the 2.5-mile racecourse. The Schuylkill River is within easy walking distance to many of the city’s charming neighborhoods.

Where to watch The best place to watch your favorite crew and enjoy the fun is at the Three Angels Statues, the site of the regatta festival featuring vendors, food, music, games, awards ceremonies and lots of fun. You can also buy great rowing and workout gear and Official Head of the Schuylkill T-shirts! Bring the kids, for fun and food and great racing. The Three Angels Statues are just one mile north of Boathouse Row on Kelly Drive…a very walkable distance from Center City.  New this year, watch the races from Philly’s favorite traveling beer garden – Parks on Tap – locating between the Girard Avenue and Railroad Bridges.

Results Results will be available in real time at HereNow or kiosks located in the Festival Tent.  First, second and third place winners of all races will be awarded medals. There are Points Trophy awards for the winners of High School, College, Open and Masters categories. Results will also be made available on the HOSR Twitter Feed.

If you come for the regatta plan some time to enjoy Philadelphia!
